Support Services
Portico provide ongoing support to organisations using Quartz as part of
the standard licence arrangement.
Our understanding of awarding business
processes is again important and we provide continuity from the
initial planning and implementation through into ongoing use. We work
closely with all our clients and alongside their in-house IT services or
their IT service partners. Our aim is to ensure clients get the best
value from their use of the Quartz system.
The standard support arrangements provided as part of the Quartz
licence include:
- Telephone support with ‘screen-sharing’
- On-line reporting of problems and requests for information
- New versions of the core product, with regular upgrades
deployed
- System and training documentation
We can also provide additional support, including:
- Bespoke enhancements
- Additional training and coaching
- Assistance with additional set up – e.g. new qualifications
For some organisations we also provide wider advice and support
regarding IT services and we have managed the development of broader
IT infrastructure, systems, and skills where awarding organisations
have found this helpful. We can also provide bespoke IT
developments in new areas as well as related to Quartz.
